Mersey Care - Systems Leader Programme C2

Great system leaders start with a clear understanding of themselves. They have high emotional intelligence (EQ) and can adapt their leadership style to suit the needs of the different stakeholders they engage with and influence. They role model the behaviours and values of the organisation they represent and inspire others with their authenticity and compassionate style.

This fully funded, 6-month programme will support your strategic aspirations in a systemic context and will use a number of models and frameworks to develop your thinking within a community of practice approach. The programme is underpinned by the North West Leadership Academies Systems Leadership Framework, this is used both as a reflective tool and also to measure your success on your continued leadership journey.
