Introduction to Lean in Healthcare

This programme is designed to help participants to understand the principles of Lean and how the methodology aligns with QI, developing a basic knowledge of tools, common themes and language.

The programme is delivered virtually and consists of 3 half day sessions and requires the attending delegate to carry out couple of short pre-programme reading packages and ideally delegates should have an improvement project to focus on during the programme.
