Collaborative: Involving Patients in Patient Safety

This programme is to support Trusts to explore and implement the NHSE/I 'Framework for involving patients in patient safety'. Delivery will be a blended mix of face to face and virtual, the first session will be face to face and held at the Holiday Inn hotel in Haydock. 

The programme design will build a community of practice where individuals will support the wider group. We will hold a session each quarter over the year, with the following topics being covered:

• Leadership 
• Governance
• Training
• Wider Patient Voice
