Introduction to Improvement

This entry level programme is specifically designed to introduce the basic tools and theory that support delivery of quality improvements.

The programme will be delivered virtually through online sessions and video/learning modules via MS Teams and Miro. Please note, in order to participate in this programme you will need to ensure you can access both Zoom and Miro.

Programme objectives

Course instructions:

1. View the supporting materials and complete the pre-work within the 'Introduction to Improvement Day 1' lesson any time before the Day 1 live session. Then enroll on the Day 1 live session.
2. Attend the Day 1 live session.
3. Complete the pre-work within the 'Introduction to Improvement Day 2' lesson any time before the Day 2 live session. Then enroll on the Day 2 live session.
4. Attend the Day 2 live session.
5. Complete the test.
6. Submit your reflection assignment.
7. Please leave us some feedback.
8. Your Introduction to Improvement certificate will be issued.
