Measurement Masterclass

Next cohort: 24th and 26th May 2022. 9:30 to 12:30 both days.

The Measurement Masterclass helps you create different types of charts and use them to support improvement. The course covers:

• Which charts to use and when to use them
  

• Statistical Process Charts (SPC) charts

• Other types of chart, such as funnels plots, scatter plots and histograms

• Using and interpreting confidence intervals

• Making charts visually attractive to support your message

• Top tips to talk your audience through your data

By the end of the course, you will have a toolbox of techniques to bring your data alive.

This Measurement Masterclass is an intermediate level programme. You will need some experience of using measurement methods, such as those covered in the Improvement Practitioner or IS4 programmes, or similar.
